The app isn't recognising my food correctly

Make sure you have good lighting and the food is clearly visible in the frame. Try taking the photo from directly above the plate. Our AI works best with clear, well-lit images.

I can't log in to my account

Try resetting your password via the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. If the issue persists, contact us at akremagency@gmail.com.

My calorie data seems inaccurate

AI estimates can vary by ±10% for complex dishes. You can manually adjust portions after scanning. For packaged food, use the barcode scanner for exact values.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's app store (App Store → Subscriptions or Google Play → Subscriptions). No fees or penalties.
