Delete your Pacali account

1. Open the Pacali app on your device.
2. Tap Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The deletion is processed within a few seconds. Your sign-in session is destroyed immediately.

If you no longer have access to the app, email akremagency@gmail.com from the address associated with your Pacali account. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 7 days.

Request deletion by email

• Your account record (email, display name, avatar, sign-in identity).
• All daily health logs (calories, steps, sleep, weight, water, mood, etc.).
• All AI chat history.
• All food and product photos you uploaded to your account.
• Your nutrition profile, food preferences, and personalization data.
• Subscription record (active subscriptions are cancelled separately via the App Store / Google Play / Stripe portal — see “What is retained” below).

• Anonymised crash diagnostics previously sent to Sentry (if you opted in): kept up to 90 days for engineering quality, then auto-purged. These contain no personal identifiers after our PII scrubbing.
• Purchase / transaction records required for tax, accounting, and chargeback handling: kept by our payment processors (Apple, Google, Stripe) per their own statutory retention (typically 10 years in the EU). We do not control this retention; you must cancel an active subscription through the respective store before the next renewal.
• Anti-abuse / rate-limit logs: kept up to 30 days, then deleted. Contains hashed user id only — not your email or name.

Everything else is permanently deleted from our database and our cloud storage no later than 30 days after the request.
